	A trough of low pressure still lies over the southern waters of Tonga and continue to move eastwards away from the group tonight. Meanwhile, a ridge of high pressure extend onto the group from southeast bringing a northeast winds over most parts of the group.

	FOR THE NIUAS, VAVA'U AND HA'APAI: Light to moderate east to northeasterly winds. Generally fine apart from cloudy periods. FOR VAVA'U AND HA'APAI: Light to moderate north to northeasterly winds, variable at times. Mainly fine apart from cloudy periods with isolated showers. FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA: Light to moderate north to northeasterly winds, tending northwest winds tonight and variable at times. Cloudy periods with potential scattered showers. Becoming fine tomorrow.
