	A HEAVY RAIN WARNING AND FLASH FLOOD ADVISORY ARE NOW IN FORCE FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA LAND AREAS BUT REMAINS IN FORCE FOR VAVA'U AND HA'APAI LAND AREAS.
SITUATION
	A trough of low pressure system lies over Vava'u and it's expected to approach Ha'apai, Tongatapu and 'Eua later today. Associated clouds, occasional rain and isolated thunderstorms may affect most parts of groups today and tomorrow.
FORECAST TO MIDNIGHT TONIGHT FOR TONGA
	FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA: Light to moderate east to southeast winds, fresh at times. Tending north winds this afternoon. Cloudy with developing occasional rain, heavy at times with isolated thunderstorms. Possible flooding in low lying areas due to heavy rain. FOR VAVA'U AND HA'APAI: Light to moderate north to northeasterly winds, fresh at times. Cloudy periods with occasional rain, heavy at times with isolated thunderstorms. Rain becoming ease this afternoon. Possible flooding in low lying areas due to heavy rain. FOR THE NIUAS: Light to moderate easterly winds. Mainly fine apart from cloudy period with isolated showers.
