SITUATION
A high pressure system to the far southeast of the group will continue to bring fresh to strong east to southeasterly winds throughout the weekend for most part of Tonga.

Moderate to fresh southeasterly winds, strong at times.
Cloudy at times with developing scattered showers, can be heavy at times.

FOR THE NIUAS AND VAVA'U:
Light to moderate east to southeasterly winds.
Mainly fine apart from cloudy periods with few showers.

Moderate to fresh southeasterly winds, strong at times.

Southeast winds 15-20 knots, rising up to 25-30 knots at times.
Moderate to rough seas (up to 2-3 metres).
