East to southeast winds 10-15 knots, turning northeast winds this afternoon over Tele-ki-Tonga and Tele-ki-Tokelau coastal waters and at night over Tongatapu and 'Eau coastal waters. Slight to moderate seas (up to 2 metres). A moderate southeasterly swell (up to 2.5 metres).
