WARNING FOR LAND AREAS
	A STRONG WIND WARNING, HEAVY RAIN WARNING AND FLASH FLOOD ADVISORY REMAIN IN FORCE FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA LAND AREAS.
SITUATION
	An active trough of a low-pressure lies and slow moving over Tongatapu and 'Eua today. It is expected to move south and away from Tonga by tonight. Associated clouds, occasional heavy rain, strong winds and thunderstorms will affect Tongatapu and 'Eua today.
FORECAST TO MIDNIGHT TOMORROW FOR TONGA
	FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA: Moderate to fresh northwesterly wind, strong at times and gradually decrease this afternoon. Mostly cloudy and overcast at times with occasional rain, heavy at times with thunderstorms. Possible flooding in low lying areas due to heavy rain. FOR THE NIUAS, VAVA'U AND HA'APAI: Light to moderate east to northeast winds. Fine apart from cloudy periods with scattered showers.
OUTLOOK FOR SUNDAY
	FOR THE NIUAS: Light to moderate east to northeasterly winds, fresh at times. Cloudy at times with scattered showers and can be heavy at times in the evening. FOR VAVA'U, HA'APAI, TONGATAPU AND 'EUA: Light to moderate northeast winds. Mainly fine apart from cloudy periods with isolated showers.

	FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA COASTAL WATERS: North to northwesterly winds of 15-20 knots at times then rising up to 25-30 knots at times then gradually decrease this evening. Moderate to rough seas (up to 3 metres) then becoming slight to moderate seas in the afternoon. Poor visibility in the areas of heavy rain. FOR THE NIUAS, VAVA'U AND HA'APAI COASTAL WATERS: East to northeast winds of 10-15 knots, rising up to 20 knots at times. Moderate seas (up to 2.5 metres). FOR TELE-KI-TONGA AND TELE-KI-TOKELAU COASTAL WATERS: South to southeast winds of 10-15 knots, rising up to 20 knots at times. Moderate seas (up to 2 metres). Poor visibility in the areas of heavy rain.
