Light to moderate east to southeasterly winds.
Cloudy periods with scattered showers, could be heavy at times.

FOR TELE-KI-TONGA AND TELE-KI-TOKELAU COASTAL WATERS:
East to northeast winds 15-20 knots, rising up to 25-30 knots at times.
Moderate to rough seas (up to 3 metres). A moderate southerly swell (up to 2.5 metres).

FOR TONGATAPU, 'EUA, HA'APAI AND VAVA'U COASTAL WATERS:
East to southeast winds 10-15 knots then rising up to 20 knots at times
Slight to moderate seas (up to 2.5 metres). A moderate southerly swell (up to 2 metres) especially for Tongatapu and 'Eua waters.

FOR THE NIUAS COASTAL WATERS:
East to northeast wind 10-15 knots.
Slight to moderate seas (up to 2 metres).
