	FOR TELE-KI-TONGA, TELE-KI-TOKELAU COASTAL WATERS: North to northwest winds 15-20, rising up to 25-30 knots at times and shifting west to southwest in the afternoon. Moderate to rough seas (up to 2-3 metres). A moderate easterly swell (up to 2 metres). FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA COASTAL WATERS: North to northeast winds 15-20 knots, rising up to 25-30 knots especially to the south and shifting northwest winds in the afternoon. Moderate to rough seas (2.5-3 metres). FOR THE NIUAS, VAVA'U AND HA'APAI COASTAL WATERS: East to northeast winds 15-20, rising up to 25 knots at times and gradually decrease this afternoon.
